A local manufacturing company is seeking an individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be responsible for responding to customer requests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Bilingual Customer Service Representative who has excellent judgment, problem solving skills, and a winning desire to succeed. You will be responsible for maintaining high client service levels though inbound calls utilizing the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Answer customer requests for information.
Assist customers with processing purchase orders on imprint colors, quotes, freight, and additional issues.
Provide information to customers in regard to catalog items.
Edit and track orders upon request from customers.
Ensure delivery dates with customers.
Properly document all request from customers in internal software system.
Resolve problems relating to customer orders.
Project a positive, organized, and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow co-workers.

Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Spanish Speaking

Desired Skills

Type 35-55 WPM
Previous CSR experience in call center environment.
